Acredito que, tirando as bandas 'de abertura' o Metallica deve ser o primeiro a tocar entre os 4...
E, rolar jam entre BANDAS... impossível... acredito que é 'possível' Scott Ian participar de alguma música com o Metallica (pois ele gosta muito da banda) e,
pouquissimo provável - Lombardo (duvido que o Lars tope)...
Entre Metallica, Slayer e MegaShit... putaria demais... Apesar que o Metallica já tocou partes de música do Slayer ao vivo...

A rigor seria Anthrax, Slayer, Megadeth e Metallica, mas o Dave não quis ser antes dos Metallica para não se cruzar com o Lars nos bastidores.
