Congrats! You are the winner of two snake-pit passes to the show on May 25, 2012 - Lisbon, Portugal

Please follow these simple instructions to collect your passes:

1.) You must already have tickets to the show you won for.

2.) You must pick up your passes (they will be wristbands) at the box office at the venue BEFORE entering the facility. Please have photo identification with you.

3.) In some venues, usually the large festivals, wristbands will only allow you entry to the snake pit during Metallica's set.

4.) While we do not anticipate it, there could be the rare occasion where you would be denied entry to the snake pit should local officials determine that there are too many people there. So in other words, it is "first come, first serve." Don't wait until the last minute if you want to watch the show from the pit!!

5.) Your snake pit passes are non-transferrable and may not be sold under any circumstances.

6.) Please no food or drink on the stage while you are in the snake Pit

7.) Please do not touch or grab the band
